Aylin's Story

Aylin Ordonez is our newest sales manager in Houston, TX. Aylin’s interpersonal

skills allow her to network with a range of people from all professions effortlessly. She has a keen ability to ask the right questions, leading her to understand her clients' concerns and their upcoming project goals.  She knows how to go above and beyond and often exceeds her customer's expectations. Aylin is genuinely comfortable in her own skin and can be described as genuine. She wants to build an enduring, long-term bond with her customers and knows that a trusting relationship in sales triumphs over the "quick sale".

When Aylin is not selling, she is either cosplaying Harley Quinn or podcasting on her

mental health-focused podcast, Defy the Default. A woman of many talents, Aylin is most proud of running a production for a professional hair show, which raised over 25K for the Woman’s Shelter of San Antonio. Aylin also loves to spend time some of her spare time with her dog, Alonzo, and cat, Aries. We are so thrilled to have Aylin and know with her diverse background she will provide much value to the TenEx team!
