Katy Sloyer brings extensive experience in business development and relationship management, having started her career with Enterprise before expanding her expertise across multiple industries. A proud Eastern Washington University alumna, Katy earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees while competing as a collegiate soccer player for the Eagles. Her time as a student-athlete helped shape her strong work ethic, leadership skills, and drive for excellence that continue to guide her professional career today.

Outside of work, Katy is passionate about health, fitness, and giving back to the community. She stays active through CrossFit and has participated annually in the MS150 ride, an event that holds special meaning for her. Katy also dedicates time to mentoring high school athletes—helping them improve their sport-specific performance and navigate the recruiting process to collegiate athletics. In her free time, she enjoys watching all things sports, especially cheering on the Seattle Sounders and Seahawks.
