Ruslan Kalitin is a highly experienced Supply Chain Executive with over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Medical Devices, and Food industries. Throughout his career, Ruslan has demonstrated a strong commitment to continuous improvement, overseeing all aspects of Regional Supply Chain Operations including Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, and Customer Service. Ruslan's priority is to improve Safety, Service, and Savings metrics Year on Year through the transformation of the Supply Chain, aligned with the Business Strategy. Ruslan has held several senior leadership positions, including Global Logistics Director and Director of Manufacturing and Logistics, North America. He has a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and improving manufacturing safety metrics, employee engagement, and reducing costs.

 

Ruslan is an Aerospace Engineer with a Master of Science from Moscow State Aviation Technology University and has completed leadership development at the London Business School. When Ruslan is not busy with work he enjoys singing in a choir, drawing books, and spending time with his family and a Frenchie Doosya!
